Harmony Arts Festival 2015

Art Market - During the first two weekends of August 2015, I participated in the Harmony Arts Festival art market. We had a chance to meet many of the other lovely and talented artists while being serenaded by the festival's music. Among paintings, vendors were displaying ceramics, leatherwork, jewelry, and prints. If you have never visited this festival, I highly suggest you check it out next year; the last night, there was a Tina Turner cover band!

I also had a piece in the group show, hung outdoors near the beach.

Tulip Festival Fieldtrip

Took myself out for an afternoon to visit the Agassiz Tulip Festival in April. I'm certain there's no shortage of tulip pictures in the world, but here are a few more anyways...

40th Annual Mind & Matter Arts Festival

This year, I exhibited at my first outdoor art fair during the 40th Mind and Matter Arts Festival. On a beautiful 5-acre property near White Rock, BC, the festival is a four day event that hosts 100 artist and welcomes thousands of visitors. All the artists are given a little plot on which to display their art, and all the plots are uniquely nestled into the wooded backyard. It was a heck of a lot of fun, and I highly recommend both visiting and exhibiting at this event.
